Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Phantom purchases. If you're not happy within 14 days of buying, email leftinverse@gmail.com with your order details and we'll refund you - no interrogation. (We also offer a free 14-day trial, so you can evaluate before paying.)
How refunds are processed
Purchases are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank/card provider.
No subscriptions
Phantom Voice and each paid indicator pack are separate one-time charges. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews. You are not billed again after a purchase.
Indicator styles
White Wave and Retro Fox are included with Phantom Voice, so there is nothing separate to refund. Retro Dog, Real Revolver, and Piano Keys are $3 one-time purchases, covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee. Each uses its own Phantom ID and does not have a separate product trial.
