These terms govern your use of Phantom Voice and its indicator packs, provided by Left Inverse ("Phantom", "we"). By buying or using Phantom Voice you agree to them.
1. License
A valid Phantom ID grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product it unlocks on your Macs, for as long as you like. Phantom Voice costs $10 once and includes the White Wave and Retro Fox indicator styles at no extra cost. Retro Dog, Real Revolver, and Piano Keys cost $3 once each and use separate Phantom IDs. There is no subscription or renewal. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your key.
2. Payments & billing
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and receipts under its own terms. All purchases are one-time charges - nothing renews or bills you again.
3. Trials
Phantom Voice offers a 14-day trial. After it ends, continued use requires a one-time Voice purchase and an active Phantom ID. The paid indicator styles do not have separate trials; each one runs at full size on the product page before you buy.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, tamper with the licensing, or use Phantom unlawfully.
5. Intellectual property
Phantom, its design, and software are owned by Left Inverse. These terms grant you a license, not ownership.
6. Disclaimers
Phantom is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Taipei, Taiwan.
