Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the products and website provided by Left Inverse ("we") - currently the Phantom line (Voice and the free Suite) and Layout Launcher. By buying or using any of our products you agree to them.
1. License
A valid license key grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product it unlocks on your Macs, for as long as you like. There is no subscription and no renewal - you pay once per app ($10 for Phantom Voice or Layout Launcher individually). You may not resell, redistribute, or share your key.
2. Payments & billing
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and receipts under its own terms. All purchases are one-time charges - nothing renews or bills you again.
3. Trials
Our paid apps offer a 14-day trial. After it ends, continued use of paid features requires a one-time purchase and an active license.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, tamper with the licensing, or use our products unlawfully.
5. Intellectual property
Our products, their design, and their software are owned by Left Inverse. These terms grant you a license, not ownership.
6. Disclaimers
Our products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee they will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Taipei, Taiwan.
